A scent to remember

I'm having an allergy attack. I thought it might be a wee bit of the flu but it's mostly sneezing and any scent makes the symptoms worse. It started yesterday when some woman on the bus was wearing patchouli. God, I hate that shite. It should be illegal everywhere forever. I first smelled it on her at the bus stop and gagged then as fate would have it the only free seat on the bus was right behind her! I had to endure it for 15 minutes while sneezing and my nose running. I took two allergy pills yesterday and it doesn't seem to be helping. I took some neo citron last night which was kinda fun. I don't normally take it because it knocks me on my ass. I was totally loopy and relaxed. I had a hot shower a few minutes ago and it seemed to clear out the sinus situation a bit.

My trainer is coming over in a few minutes for dinner and to watch Lost. He was saying how much he missed me and our dinners together and what good company I am. I was a bit taken with it as he's not the type of person to say something like that. He even misses Kamiko!

New freedom

Although I have another journal on the internets that's fairly old I decided I would start a new one and have the freedom to post anything.

My friend returns from Japan tomorrow. He's shattered about the whole thing. He's saving as much money as he can and then returning there ASAP. I told him how cold it's been here. It didn't help. I'm noticing the cold more than usual because I just came back from Hawaii a few days ago. It's winter there but nothing like our winters. More like our May/June. Lot's of raining too.
